Did you have a problem using your credit card or PayPal to pay for your order?  Early in November 2005, PayPal installed a new updated, easier-to-use payment page.  However, if you had ever used cutitup.com in the past, your computer may have stored information in the form of cookies, cache, or files. If so, you must delete all the old cookies, cache, temp files and clear the history.

This is how you do it:   Go to START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, INTERNET OPTIONS.  On the first page "General" click on "delete cookies", "delete files", and "clear history".  Then click OK at the bottom of the page.  You should now be able to return to www.cutitup.com, file your order, and a new clearer payment page will come up allowing you to use PayPal or your credit card. Those of us at cutitup.com are very sorry for the inconvenience, but this was completely outside the realm of our control.  If you have any other problems, please email or call us at the address/phone number on this website.
