1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup whipped topping 1 pkg White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 white chocolate bar (optional) Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small dessert cups and garnish with fresh raspberries. Optional: Using a butter curler, create white chocolate shavings to sprinkle on top of mousse. FRUIT DIP

8 oz sour cream 1 pkg White Chocolate Raspberry seasoning Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and White Chocolate Raspberry gourmet dessert seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with fresh fruit slices. NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

seasoning1/4 cup cornstarch 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups milk, warmed 3 egg yolks 2 Tbsp butter 1 9-inch graham cracker crust 1 cup whipped cream Combine seasoning, cornstarch and salt in top of double boiler. Gradually whisk in warm milk. Cook over simmering water, whisking constantly until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Lightly beat egg yolk in small bowl. Slowly add 1/4 cup hot milk mixture to egg yolks. Mix well and pour egg yolk mixture back into the double boiler. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add butter and stir until butter has melted. Pour into pie shell and chill until set, about 90 minutes. Top with whipped topping. NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

Vanilla Latte Quick Mix 2 to 3 cups fresh fruit (substitute frozen fruit, slightly thawed, if desired) Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Layer mixture in a tall parfait glass, alternating between fruit and Vanilla Latte mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. FRUIT DIP

1/2 cups 2% milk
2 Tbsp Vanilla Latte Quick Mix Vanilla ice cream (add to desired thickness) Combine in a blender and mix well. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Fresh Fruit Pizza
1 tube sugar cookie dough8 oz. cream cheese, softened ½ pkg. Island Coconut Quick Mix 2 to 3 cups Sliced Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Kiwi, Mandarin Oranges, Red or Green Grapes) Spread cookie dough onto a round baking stone and cook according to package directions. Remove from over and let cool. While cookie dough is cooling, mix ½ package of Quick Mix with 8-ounces softened cream cheese. Spread flavored cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie. Slice fresh fruit and layer over cream cheese. (Optional: Sprinkle toasted coconut over top of fruit).
